Terms and conditions for the use of content from the site “Za Istinata“
By loading the pages and sub-pages of “Za Istinata” (zaistinata.com), you accept the terms and conditions of use, agree to be bound by them and agree to any subsequent changes to them. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions posted here, please do not load zaistinata.com.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions constitutes a CONTRACT between you, as the user, and Pro Veritas as the owner of the rights to the content of this website.
This AGREEMENT gives you the right to use the content of the website “Za Istinata” – texts, video objects, photos and graphic images – free of charge, subject only to the following conditions:
- You may republish all articles, photographs, video objects and graphic images that are part of the content of the “Za Istinata” website free of charge under a Creative Commons license unless otherwise specified for a specific part of the content of the website.
- Any republishing of texts shall include “Za Istinata” as the source (with an active link to zaistinata.com). At the end of the republished text, the name of its author must be indicated as it appears in the original publication on the “Za Istinata” website.
- When republishing photographs, video objects and graphic images, their source must be the website “Za Istinata” (with an active link to zaistinata.com) and the name of their author as it appears in the original publication on the website “Za Istinata”.
- Texts, video objects, photos or graphic images originally published by the site “Za Istinata” may not be edited when republished. Exceptions may be made only in cases where this is necessary to reflect relative changes in the time and place of the event to which the textual content of the website refers. For example: ‘yesterday’ may be changed to ‘last week’ or ‘Sliven’ to ‘here’.
- When using parts of the text that were originally published by “Za Istinata” as quotes in other author’s texts, “Za Istinata” is explicitly indicated as the original source with an active link to zaistinata.com.
- Photographs, video objects and graphic images originally published by Za Istinata may only be used as an integral part of the content of republished texts. Re-use of photographs, video objects and graphic images is permitted as an exception only after a request for permission has been made to editor@zaistinata.com and after explicit approval of the request.
- Republication of content originally published by “Za Istinata” is permissible on pages (websites) containing advertising, but not advertising that is sold in connection with the republished content. In the event that this requirement is not met, suggestions that the funding of the republishing party (through advertising or donations) indirectly supports the work and promotion of Pro Veritas and/or the content of the website will be deemed unacceptable.
- Content originally published by Za Istinata may not be sold or offered for free republication to a third party.
- Content originally published by Za Istinata may not be used to improve rankings in Internet search engine results, or to generate automated advertising revenue on the Internet.
- Any web page that republishes content originally published by Za Istinata must contain a clearly posted and effective method of feedback – telephone number, e-mail address, etc.
